Profile Standards

All profiles on DatingSkillss must feature authentic, recent photographs that accurately represent the user. Stock photos, celebrity images, AI-generated portraits, and heavily manipulated images are not permitted. Profile descriptions must be written by the account holder and reflect genuine intentions for using the platform. All members are expected to complete our verification process within 72 hours of registration.

Communication Rules

Members must communicate respectfully at all times. Unsolicited explicit content - including images, videos, or graphic text messages - is strictly prohibited. If you receive unwanted or inappropriate messages, use the in-app reporting tool to alert our moderation team. We investigate every report within 24 hours. Profile Verification and Authenticity

Authenticity is the foundation of DatingSkillss. Every profile undergoes our multi-step verification process to protect members from catfishing, scams, and fake accounts.

Our verification includes:

• Selfie verification: New members submit a real-time selfie that our moderation team matches against uploaded profile photos.
• Profile review: Every account is manually reviewed by trained moderators before being approved and made visible to other members.
• Ongoing monitoring: Our anti-scam team uses behavioral analysis to detect suspicious activity patterns around the clock.

Users who fail verification, submit fraudulent documentation, or are found to be operating fake profiles face immediate and permanent suspension. We do not issue refunds for accounts terminated due to verification fraud. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact our support team to initiate an appeal.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on DatingSkillss - including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, algorithms, and matching technology - is the exclusive property of DatingSkillss and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, profile text, messages). However, by uploading content to DatingSkillss, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This license terminates when you delete your account and the content is removed from our active servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DatingSkillss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
